Terms and Conditions
All orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail and normally arrive between 1-3 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.
Should you wish to return your order, you must do so with seven working days of receipt of the goods. You must contact the Everbrite office prior to returning your goods to recieve a returns number. The return of non-faulty goods can only be accepted provided they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and this cost must be borne by you, the customer. A refund will be issued only once we have received the goods in a satisfactory condition.
Should you be in receipt of faulty or incorrect goods, please contact the Everbrite office by telephone, email, so that collection/replacement can be organised.
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch free of charge. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to the terms outlined in Everbrite's Returns Policy above for the return of non-faulty goods.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method with which the order was placed. Please allow up to five working days for it to be credited.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Please see Delivery Information for more details.
Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.
